Following are the Steps to Modifying  a Role :
  
1> From the "ONEi Configuration Manager " user interface click on
"Tools > User Administration wizard > Role > Modify Role".A pop-up
window comes on the screen with the title "ModifyRole".
  
2> Select the Role that is to be modified from the Drop down Box.
  
3> Under the Drop down Box are two List boxes.The left hand side
List box displays all the Priveleges.The right hand side List
box displays the Priveleges given to the selected Role.
  
4> The Role can be modified in the following ways:
  
*  Granting a Privelege to the Role
*  Removing a Privelege from the Role
  
Granting a Privelege to the Role :

Select the "Privelege" from the left hand side List box by clicking
on it.(see that the Privelege gets highlighted ).Click on " > " 
buttton to add the selected Privelege to the right hand side list
box.Thus the "Privelege" is granted to the Role.
  
Removing a Privelege from the Role :

Select the "Privelege" from the right-hand side List box by 
clicking on it.(see that the Privelege gets highlighted).Click on
the " < " button to remove the selected Privelege from the list
box.Thus the "Privelege" is removed from the Role.
  
5> After  the above modifications are complete Click on "Modify"
button.
  
6> A message box appears confirming that  the Role has been modified
successfully. 
  
7> Click on "Exit" button to return back to the OCM user 
interface.
